LIGHT MUD

Oil paints specially formulated for modellers reducing the typical amount of linseed oil so stains and marks will not be a problem anymore. Forget about those cardboard pieces used to deoil the paint and obtain incredible subtle effects using this amazing range. We recommend to apply them on surfaces previously varnished in satin. This is a slow dry paint, so you will be able to correct and modify effects as it dries.

A special colour to create mud accumulation effects.

It can be mixed with plaster and other colours like ABT130 Dark Mud to achieve a wide tone variety, or worked with varnishes in order to achieve humid or dry effect.

Lighter mud colours are usually used over the darker tones on splashes or side areas of the splattered parts in order to simulate dry mud.
